Alan Lovell (Guitar/Vocals) – The Swinging Blue Jeans

John Dee (Bass Guitar/Vocals) – The Foundations   

Mick Avory (Drums) – The Kinks

The 60s Allstars are very experienced musicians who in their own right deserve recognition for what they have done through out the years. The band members between them have worked with The Kinks, PJ Proby, The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Foundations, Brian Knight’s Blues Band, Marty Wilde and many others. 

The sound that they have managed to create is the very authentic sound of the 60s with a modern approach. Rock & Roll at its very best! The dance floor is full evening to their very tight set of 60s numbers which they’ve been playing together for over 15 years….and if you have any requests for 60s songs, there’s very few they don’t know!

Hope to see you on Wednesday 27th June at Teddington Constitutional Club, a new venue for The Barnes Rock Club but which has been used and recommended by musicians known to us.

It has a large dance floor and stages Northern Soul nights (aimed at a younger audience) once a month with 200 people attending each time. Bar prices are also extremely reasonable....over a pound a pint less than pubs!
