Yoga and Pilates classes run weekly on a regular timetable. Timetables correspond roughly with school terms. Most classes continue unchanged from term to term.

Classes do not run in the holidays or half term.

You don't have to commit to a regular class if this is difficult for you, and you won't fall behind if you have to miss a class or two - you work at your own pace. Beginners are very welcome. We help you learn and progress at your own pace.

Choose any two classes from the timetable, and decide afterwards if you'd like to join. Beginner/Intermediate levels and the pace of the class are shown. You'll find the teachers and class times to suit you.
