What is the course about?

This course is about learning Tango Argentino's fundamentals to enable you to enter a salon for social dancing. We will both introduce and revisit the essential technique of walking in various patterns and rhythms, functional alignment in motion, different musical rhythms and the salon etiquette. Good general fitness and coordination is required. Our general level classes are open to both beginners and improvers and those looking to refresh their skills.

We will cover different elements of Tango Argentino vocabulary and technique.

We've changed some of our teaching arrangements in response to the coronavirus outbreak. Our teachers are currently operating a ‘no touch’ policy. Solo dancers will not be partnered by a teacher or by another member of the class. Please ensure you only dance with someone from your own household or social bubble. You'll get the same great learning experience with lots of support but with adjustments to keep us all safe for your return to the studio
