Online and interactive, this class uses traditional dance stretches as its base and is ideal for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility. Increase your range of movement, improve alignment and relieve muscular tension from the comfort of your own home. Suitable for all ages and abilities this class has two sessions a week for more of a workout!

The class focus is on general dance stretches, postures, breathing techniques and relaxations to help improve overall flexibility and movement. The aim is to have a fun yet challenging class, whilst improving your physical wellbeing and helping you feel more confident and positive about yourself. Stretching through dance is known for preventing injuries, improving alignment, relieving tension and of course loosening those tight joints and muscles.		 Prices
