The NEXT FIRST FRIDAY will soon be upon us this week, and your hosts Blake and DJ Hughie welcome you to come aboard the Tereza Joanne, Albert Island, London E16 2QY this FRIDAY 4th OCTOBER 2024.
This will be a ‘MASQUERADE party, so if you choose to do so, but for us, the hosts, we would love you to come along to this great event to enjoy the party vibes.

This is simply the best Friday night out in London Town at one of the best venues in East London.
Guvenor General, Master Gee, Brothers Inc, and DJ Hughie who will of course be playing all kinds of music from all decades and many genres to make you want to dance.
Our experienced and entertaining DJs are tasked with bringing a fabulous mood through playing beautiful music that makes you want to dance, connect with each other, and create stories where smiles and laughter are the priority.

Tickets on the door will be £15, but for anyone who arrives BY 9pm (in time for the complimentary salsa lesson or dancing), the entry will be just £10.
The salsa lesson will start promptly at 9pm, and you will be taught by the accomplished salsa dance teachers. If you have never danced to the rhythms off salsa music before, then this is a great opportunity for you to do this in a relaxed environment, with great view of the sites east of the city, including London City Airport.
What is first Friday about?
- Doors open at 8.30pm.
- There will be a fun salsa class from 9pm-10pm with professional, qualified teachers.
- The salsa social dancing will be from 10pm-11.30pm.
- THEN…………from 11.30pm until 3am the night switches to a club night with music from the top DJ’s playing soul, reggae, funk, rear groove, nu-soul and more (we will add a splash of salsa throughout the night as well).
- Table reservations are available for you and your friends.

- A licensed bar where you can purchase an array of drinks is available.
- Hot food is available and can be booked in advance online or purchased on the night.
