GEOFF KAISER (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
The driving force behind the founding of Club L.A., Geoff is a former International sportsman having captained the England basketball team in his youth. He has a wealth of business experience behind him, providing excellent organisational skills and a driving ambition to provide the best service possible. He is passionate about Club L.A. dealing with the not so popular jobs behind the scenes and runs a very tight ship to ensure everything runs smoothly.
LINDA ALEX/KAISER. LISTD HC (DIRECTOR)
A very experienced teacher who has 37 years of teaching Ballroom and Latin American Dancing behind her! She has been a Dance Director in charge of staff training, a Principal of a School in Watford and subsequently founded Dancing Club LA Some 17 years ago. Linda has been a Member of The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing for many years and has her Associate and Licenciate qualifications in both Ballroom And Latin American dancing achieving Honours grades. Her main area of expertise is preparing Candidates for examinations with the vast majority gaining an Honours pass over many years.

RICHARD
If you are new to dance, then there is no better man out there to start to learn with. Why? because Richard blazed the trail himself; having not danced a step before he came to Linda in late 2008, he achieved the highest scores known in his Gold Medal tests just 2 years later. Now a few years on, he is well respected in the dancing fraternity, as he knows just what it takes to achieve results in the shortest possible time. His value is beyond measure to everyone he enthuses with his amazing appetite for dance, his teaching skills, his encyclopaedic memory (can't remember your medal routine? Richard is the one to ask!) and his renowned sense of humour.  His service to pupils is second to none, with what appears to be an endless reserve of energy to ensure that ladies without a partner, or those struggling to learn, all get their fair share of attention.  His often repeated mantra is "repetition is the mother of skill", as he strives for self improvement, continuing to advance his own dancing and teaching abilities.

SARAH
Sarah started dancing in December 2006 and was instantly bitten by the dancing bug, despite not even being able to master a basic waltz back then! However she has come a long way since, through hard work and determination initially to be a competitive dancer. She achieved her dream of dancing at the Winter Gardens Ballroom, Blackpool in 2013 representing one of Dancing Club LA’s medallist competition finalists and winning one of the ballroom sections. She has gone on to work through the medal syllabus with Linda’s dedicated help, where she has now discovered much enjoyment in assisting and teaching others. Having had previous experience working with children, she now teaches the youngest of our pupils in the children’s classes. While working towards her own personal goals in dancing, she hopes to be able to help others achieve theirs too, through her continuation in training to not only be the best dancer she can, but also the best teacher she can as well. She hopes to share her knowledge, passion and sheer love of dance with all those she helps along the way. 
ANITA
"Chief cook and bottle washer" is how I would describe Anita. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it is helping with beginners who are particularly struggling to learn, bringing us a cup of tea or chatting to newcomers to keep them informed.
Anita is a teacher organiser for the Fitness League running her own classes during the day. She is a knowledgeable Red Cross first aider and has been with Dancing Club L.A. for 12 years! .
