I know that the seasoned dancers, based in the capital, use www.londonsalsa.co.uk predominantly to find the best parties and specialised workshops but we are here also for those who are just thinking about taking up salsa or part way through the journey.

If you are just taking those beginners steps, look for the green chillies. The hotter the colour, the higher the level of classes.

The main item for the newsletter each week is our look ahead to forthcoming parties, lessons or workshops and anything else that we think will titivate.

With so many goodies across our network that includes UKDance.Events, UKSalsa.Dance, Bachata.Events and LondonKizomba.co.uk, this newsletter can only only pick up a fraction of the action, so go asearching.

Every Friday you are guaranteed a good night in Putney, where there is a free bachata class before all levels of salsa class and the chance to social dance.

There are 2 rooms of dance at Que Rico, the monthly party in Balham. With a 2am finish to the social portion, there is plenty of time to enjoy the lessons before trying out the dedicated salsa or kizomba rooms.

Putney salsa club also host a beginners and improver workshop on Saturday.

Saturday is time to celebrate Salsatricity's 8th anniversary in Whetstone, where salsa, kizomba and bachata lessons ease into a full on multi room party.

There is an El Bembe party night in St Pauls, where Saturday's entertainment includes salsa and bachata till 2am. Quote London Salsa or reveal your Global Dance Card for £2 off.

Ilford Sports Club invites you to an afternoon of fun social salsa dancing between the hours of 2pm and 6pm on Sunday, with DJ Hughie on the decks.

Whether you have been to the new Salsa Temple destination or not, Sunday gives you the chance to experience a magnificent venue.
