We all know that eating healthily mixed with exercise is good for the body and mind.

With the sun shining brightly and promising to continue to do so, why not make your weekend perfect by fitting in an extra workshop or party night, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Putney salsa club offers a free absolute beginners class free for first timers, has multiple levels of salsa classes and a bachata session to start the evening.  All followed by a lively social. 

Top billing for your late Friday night entertainment is El Grande in Kings Cross, where there are 4 rooms of salsa, bachata and kizomba, with lessons, 10 DJs, 1000+ dancers expected and the music playing till 5am.

An impromptu Friday party night can be found at the Lakeside in Frimley Green, where Renato has organised a live salsa band, offers a bachata class and late night party. Quote London Salsa for £2 off at the door.

Every Saturday there is a 1-day beginners, intensive salsa course at Bar Salsa, Soho, where you can claim £5 off by quoting London Salsa.  And that is in conjunction with Alastair's repeat for free offer.

Saturday night, join Gil, Shelley and the team in Northfields, West London. Shows from their salsa teams and DJ Salseando bringing together dancers for a fun and friendly night!

In Finchley, Barnet, Heather's Salsatricity offer lessons in salsa, bachata and kizomba and then party through till 1am.

Sambroso Sambroso are hosting an authentic Latin fiesta on Sunday near Spittalfields brimming with fun, food, music and dance. All the fuel you need to party for eight solid hours!

Brand new, again, for London, each second Sunday of the month, Tomasz unveils the newly refurbished Aeronaut in Acton. Sunday's relaunch sees a guest teacher Miguel Rico, guest DJ Dennis the Chemist and shows by Mambonito and Zoli Bihari & Teresa.

If I haven't pinpointed an ideal night out for the weekend, why not visit the site or download the Global Dance Card app, as both have a far wider selection than I can jam into a newsletter.

If I struggle to get the weekend choice into a newsletter, then for certain I have no chance of getting the midweek options in. I pick out a couple each week that have special offers or have been kind enough to invite me to review.

Not purely salsa but could come as something fun and different, I've been asked to highlight the Free intro to Hustle class on Monday in Acton with Teresa.

For Tuesday, the late night party in Bar Salsa, Temple, starts with all level lessons in salsa and bachata and even a free intro to dance lesson for absolute beginners.

Wednesday's central London staple is Bar Salsa and Metrolatina in Charing Cross, where a free intro to salsa is followed by classes for all levels and a social.
Incognito host the West London alternative in Hammersmith.

Once a month Pexava take over Conway Hall in Holborn for a fabulous after-work social, so this Thursday's edition is eagerly anticipated.

I'll try to get the newsletter out early next week. It'll be a big one, as there is a new Friday night party in Norbury with, a day of salsa & bachata workshops in Paddington on Saturday plus parties galore on all nights, including a Salsa Calientita party night in Slough.

All levels are invited to book early for the Saturday night (28th April) Dinner Dance in Islington, where I espy a paella on the menu and £2 off for London Salsa members on the post dinner portion of the dance.
