We teach Salsa, Argentine Tango, Ballroom and all things Latin in Southampton throughout the week from Absolute Beginners to Advanced dancers.

All styles are run at the TLC Studios at St Barnabas Church Hall on Lodge Road, SO14 6QS 

Salsa is run by Salsa Southampton and also held at the TLC studio

We have a very friendly and vibrant Salsa scene on the South Coast.

For people who have never danced before, we have Absolute Beginners classes and courses running throughout the year, where we assume you know nothing.

Each night we have 3 or 4 classes running concurrently for different levels, so that you can progress at your own speed. Our wonderful teachers give you expert tuition with heaps of fun & lots of TLC.

Thursday           Salsa (run by Salsa Southampton)
Fridays              Monthly Salsa Caliente Club night

After the dance classes finish at 9.45pm, the music continues, the lights go down and everyone practices together.

Partners are very welcome, but not obligatory. You can just turn up on your own or with friends and we'll rotate the partners for you.

So even if you have 2, or more, left feet, join us on the dance floor and we will guide you through every step along the way.
