If you are a seasoned dancer, we have information about where to party, added to the site by the promoters themselves, so you know it is up to date. There is always the challenge of learning to dance kizomba that can be addressed by the workshop further down the newsletter.

If you are new to salsa, look out for the green chillies on site, as they indicate beginners courses or classes. Choosing whether to do an intensive 1-day course, a multi-week course or taking the drop in option is very much personal preference.  Why not test all 3 approaches to learning and find the method you feel "at home" with.

City Academy teachers offer a one-day salsa crash course in Clerkenwell on Saturday - is a great way to start learning. Over the day, you will be introduced to essential Salsa steps and moves in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

The day will be split into two three-hour sessions, starting with the basics and slowly building your steps and transitions into more complex combinations. There will be time to practice your new moves so that you can gain confidence in your new skills and get ready to use them on any dance floor.

There is a night of salsa offered on Saturday in Highgate.

In Guildford, there is a sensual bachata class before the salsa party.

From 11am - 5pm on Sunday, at Bar Salsa in Soho, London, the Salsa Rapido "Knock off the Rust" Improvers i2i course aimed at people who feel their salsa is a little rusty or as a direct follow on from the Salsa Rapido 1-Day Intensive Courses.

The Ginga Boo monthly kizomba event in Clapham is also on Sunday.
With 7 hours of intensive kizomba workshops for beginners and a second level, plus a social, a perfect place to learn then dance.

SOS in Camden host their salsa lessons and social on Sunday.
