Every week there are special events for you to consider.
Whether it is a ballroom class and afternoon tea dance in Bournemouth or a Supple Strength yoga/pilates session in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire on a Tuesday, new activities are added regularly, so remember to check whenever you need a fitness fix or just a release of endorphins from dancing.
Our regional sites, like LondonSalsa.co.uk, feature midweek special events, such as the 18th Anniversary for Metrolatina (salsa and bachata in Soho) on Wednesday and the monthly Thursday salsa social in Holborn.
Our network introduces band nights such as this Friday's swing dance in Hampton featuring the the Crawdaddies.
TLC's Salsa, Tango, Swing & Kizomba Ball in Winchester Saturday 30th March also features a live band.
Weekends are often a chance to take workshops. This Saturday brings absolute beginners bachata and salsa workshops in Paddington and/or any Saturday you can take an intensive beginners workshop at Bar Salsa in Soho, with a £5 discount by quoting London Salsa - even better you can take a repeat for free.
The choice for Saturday evening across the country is significant. You could be taking a cha cha class and partying in Slough or enjoying a glow in the dark salsa/kizomba evening in Norbury.
April brings the start of many courses in dance and healthy activities. For instance an absolute beginners 6-week yoga course in Shipley, Leeds.
The new month also brings monthly socials, like La Perla Milonga in Putney, where the Argentine tango evening on Saturday 6th combines a lesson with social.

The first Sunday of the month also brings monthly events such as the bachata/salsa social in Fulham and the live salsa band night in Richmond that comes with a £2 discount through our network.

There are, of course daytime activities such as the Tea Dance from midday-2pm every Monday and Friday in central Milton Keynes, where the sequence dancing plus Ballroom and Latin music are accompanied by tea and cake.
